Rule 55
Regarding the proximity of power lines and telephone lines
If a telephone line is to be taken near an electric line or an electric line is to be taken close to a telephone line, the person who has the permit and the relevant telecommunications agency shall discuss with each other and take the electric or telephone line in such a way that it is not obstructed or charged by technical evil angles.
